Booking

Through written communication and following confirmation by the hotel/accommodation facility. Please note that guided tour formulas are valid only upon booking, which should be carried out at least 15 days before the beginning of the stay and for groups of at least 5 people.

Arrival

After 2 p.m. of the set day; at 7 p.m. a welcome cocktail will be served, the programme will be presented and/or information will be provided.

Departure

Please leave your room by 10 a.m. of your departure day.

Notes

• Rates refer to half-board service in twin room

• Drinks are not included in the price

• Extra services should be booked in advance

• Fees for museum entrances, foreseen in the programme, are not included in the rates, if not otherwise stated
